WHAT IS COSMETIC ACUPUNCTURE?
Tired of looking your age but afraid of the knife? Cosmetic Acupuncture can improve your looks and your health at the same time. It can fill in the lines around the eyes and mouth, as well as the forehead, tighten up the loose appearance of the facial and neck skin, and improve the color and texture of the skin. Scars from previous cosmetic surgery can be softened and lightened. Sometimes the scars behind the ears from cosmetic surgery will cause the patient headaches; these scars can be released and reduce the headaches.
Acupuncture can enhance the size of breasts and help prevent sagging of breasts from gravity and age. Spider veins can be reduced considerably, and balding can be reversed with regular acupuncture treatments.
WHAT TYPE OF COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED?
Cosmetic acupuncture facelifts require a time commitment in my office of 2 hours per week for 3 weeks, then 1 hour per week for 3 weeks, then 1 hour every 2 weeks. Ten treatments are required to set the "lift" and monthly treatments are required to maintain it. A similar time commitment is required to enhance breast size. Treatment of balding required daily treatments which the patient can perform on themselves at home after some training.
